Background
Fragvest is Nigeria's fast-rising prop-tech startup to Buy, sell, rent, and invest in the real estate market. In addition, independent real estate agents/realtors can sign up on the platform and earn money by facilitating the sales of properties.
The roadmap was clear after our intensive discovery call. The customer wanted us to build a solution that could compete in the global market and defy all odds to become the most user-friendly platform.
Business Challenges
- Design and develop a mobile app and web platform that allows mid-income earners to invest in real estate.
- Develop an admin web application portal to monitor and govern the platform.
- Develop an agent web portal that allows realtors to upload, manage, and facilitate sales.
- Integrate all three arms of the platforms using APIs to work synchronously.

UX - UI Design
We Created a new UI and UX design for all of fragvest software, ranging from hybrid-mobile app to web application, super-admin and admin portal, agent portal, multi-page website, and blog.
Mobile App Development
Our team delivered a hybrid mobile application, tailored to give the users the best modern ecommerce experience. Built to work on multiple operating systems (Android and iOS). Hybrid applications are becoming very popular because of their flexibility, and low cost of building and maintenance.
Responsive Web Application
We built a responsive web application that gives the user a unique pro-tech experience for property acquisition and investment on the web. The web application synchronized to the central backend and relays data to the admin portal as this will enable the admin to possess substantial amount of control & governance over its usage.
Web Portal Solution Realtors
We Created an agent web application that allows fragvest to onboard realtors and real estate agents. Fragvest admin can assign properties to certain realtors to manage. It also allows the realtors to refer property buyers and investors which in turn allows fragvest to increase their conversions and user base. With the agent portal, realtors can also receive property tour bookings from investors.
Web Admin Portal
We built a web application super admin and admin portal that is fast, secured, and responsive on all web, mobile, and tablet screens. This will aid the admin personnel monitor and governing the platform across a range of devices.
