Welcome to ZetaLogix. These Terms of Service govern your relationship, access configurations, and agreement framework with ZetaLogix regarding custom system architecture, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software engineering. By engaging our endpoints or initiating a contract scope, you acknowledge and accept these operational conditions.
01. Project Timelines & Maximum Duration
All corporate software initiatives are bound to structured milestones specified within your explicit Statement of Work (SOW). Standard delivery timelines calculate operational engineering phases comprehensively. If external dependencies cause unexpected delays exceeding 90 consecutive calendar days without mutual scheduling updates, project timelines will undergo structural re-index review.
02. Professional Engagements & Delays
To ensure high-performance product execution, clients must deliver timely assets, server testing authorizations, and feature specifications. Delays resulting from missing client feedback, unresolved third-party credentials, or delayed token approvals do not pause or drop fixed timeline schedules. Extended, unaccounted delays may require restructuring resource allocations to prevent infrastructure overhead.
03. Intellectual Property & Escrow Protections
Comprehensive Protection Guarantee:
ZetaLogix guarantees strict corporate security, NDA protection, and code isolation across all project phases. All technical deliverables—including core repository architectures, custom component logic, backend cloud frameworks, design layers, and proprietary algorithms—remain under strict protective isolation.
Upon final contract completion and full invoice resolution, ownership rights, source code permissions, and runtime access deployment tokens transfer entirely and exclusively to the client.
04. Termination & Dispute Resolution
Either contractual party can initiate termination requests by submitting written notice 14 calendar days in advance if structural conditions are breached. In cases of cancellation prior to product delivery, all completed repository components and engineering blocks compiled up to that notice point will undergo billing calculation. Disputes arising from execution requirements will be resolved through professional mediation before pursuing regulatory legal channels.
