Background Overview
Traydah is a gift card trading company in Lagos, Nigeria. The brand has been in existence for over 3 years, doing business with both individuals and businesses alike. They typically engage in the buying and selling of virtually all gift cards, with a business transaction volume of over 100 Million Naira yearly. Traydah is arguably one of the biggest players in its industry in West Africa.
The customer reached out to us after searching for curated and qualified top software developers. They wanted us to design and develop a top-notch mobile app and admin portal to digitize operations, reach more customers, perform transactions faster, and inevitably generate more revenue.
Value Delivered
We designed & built a modern, robust, and fast-loading web admin portal solution. This positively influenced the platform's admin governance, management, business metrics, and revenue generation since the admin was able to attend to more customers, approve more transactions, and get important business metrics right from their dashboard.
We also designed & developed a Hybrid mobile App using Flutter which dramatically improved the user experience on mobile devices and enabled Traydah to perform more transactions and trades without hassle.
